Fitness Equipment can be very heavy, bulky, and difficult to set up as most fitness products are not assembled upon delivery. Let us assist you with our concierge inside delivery service with assembly, where a delivery person will move heavy equipment into a desired space in your residence, and set up the unit for you, avoiding the hassle of moving or setting the unit up yourself.
Premium White Glove Service
Inside Delivery with Assembly service provides delivery and assembly of your item(s) in the room of your home or office where you would like them. This service includes the assembly of your equipment.
1. Your order will be shipped to a local delivery specialist generally within 7-10 business days of placing your order.
2. When your equipment arrives in your delivery area, a home delivery representative will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
3. The delivery company will carry the equipment to any accessible room in your home—including upstairs—provided the package will fit.
4. The delivery company will then unpack and assemble your equipment.
Standard Inside Delivery
Inside Delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) in the room of choice in your residence. This service does not include set up or assembly of items.

3. The delivery company will carry the equipment to any accessible room in your residence—including upstairs—provided the package will fit into the space desired.
Basic Curbside Delivery
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
1. First, your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
3. This is a very heavy delivery, so when you schedule the drop-off with the trucking company, please be sure to have someone available that can receive the delivery and will be able to move the heavy item into the residence.
4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s); you will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt.
5. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
*Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 3-hour window.
