With motivating programmed Workout Boosters on the Pro310 standing elliptical, users can choose from X-Mode, Glute Kicker, ArmBlaster to target different muscles during their workout or create a HIIT Training intensity workout.

ADVANCED BIOMECHANICS

The Pro310 standing elliptical is designed to mimic walking, jogging and running. Pressure to the back and hips is greatly reduced by the close pedal spacing at only 1.8″, helping exercisers feel good during and after their workouts.
