With the re-emergence of compound movements as integral parts of both fitness and sports specific protocols, the XFW-8100 Half Rack is the ideal training platform for fitness enthusiasts from novice to professional.
The True Fitness XFW-8100 Half Rack features a compact 67 inch x 66 inch x 92 inch footprint. Eight storage posts, Olympic bar storage attachment, and a chromed multi-grip chin bar are standard. Upper bar catch and lower extended bar catch assemblies adjust vertically in 3″ increments to 19 different positions clearly marked 1-19. Band pegs with integrated band storage are available as an option.
Product features included patented adjustable converging axis Rotary Technology, optimum biomechanic and ergonomic designs, low profile and space efficient footprints, extensive structural performance testing and user-friendly step-by-step instructions and seat adjustments guides. Accessories including bumper plates, Olympic Bar, and resistance bands are not included.
