HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Fitness Direct offers four methods for you to place your order:
Ordering Online: Find a product you’d like to buy and click on the order button. Follow the instructions on the order page. If you are ordering more than one product, each item must be ordered separately. A Fitness Direct sales representative will contact you regarding shipping information. In-stock items are shipped 24-48 hours after we receive the order.

Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you select your fitness equipment based on your individual needs. Our top brands and competitive prices ensure that you’ll be completely satisfied with every Fitness Direct phone purchase you make. Call toll-free at 1-800-771-2730.

Ordering by Fax or Mail: Print the FitDir.com order form. Fill out the order form, remembering to describe in detail your desired product. Fax your order form to 1-800-771-2730 or mail your order form to:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders for mail orders. For fax orders, we accept credit and debit cards only.


DOES FITNESS DIRECT CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are a licensed business in the state of California. We are required to charge 7.75% sales tax on any products shipped within the state. We don’t charge state sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.


HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

You can pay with your Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, or PayPal with all online, phone, and fax orders at FitDir.com.

For mail orders, we do accept personal checks and money orders. If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please choose your merchandise from our online store and then follow our easy instructions on how to order by mail.

 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY?

Most of our products include Free Shipping. However, for those that don’t, please email or call us toll-free at 1-800-771-2730 prior to ordering to receive a free freight quote. Free Shipping promotion only applies to the Continental US.


DO YOU OFFER SET-UP & INSTALLATION?

Most of our products only require minimal assembly. However, if you would like in-home delivery and installation of your machine, we can gladly arrange this.  The product page should have an option to add this service to your order.  If it does not, please call 800-771-2730 for a quote or email us at info@FitDir.com.


CAN YOU SHIP TO AN APO ADDRESS?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses.


CAN YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX?

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED TO CONFIRM MY ORDER?

Prior to shipping your order, a Fitness Direct representative will contact you to confirm the order and lead time for delivery.


WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED REGARDING THE DELIVERY?

Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email or call you with your shipping information. Our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will email or call you with your shipping information. This will include a toll-free contact # and your personal tracking #. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order.


DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?

Our site works as our online catalog. We try to add products regularly to give you the best possible selection. It would be difficult to for us to keep a printed catalog current. If you are unable to find what you are looking for at FitDir.com, please call one of our sales representatives at 1-800-771-2730 for assistance.


WHO DO I CALL IF I NEED A SPARE PART OR SERVICE?

Please send us an email at info@FitDir.com. Let us know the product that you have, and we will refer you the manufacturer or parts dealer. Our service technician can answer your online questions and refer you to a trained technician in your area.


WHAT IF MY DELIVERY CONTAINS DAMAGED GOODS?

If your product sustains damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect, contact a Fitness Direct representative immediately. Please make sure to note any damage on the freight bill next to your signature. You can call us toll-free 1-800-771-2730 or email info@FitDir.com. Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized through the FitDir.com customer service dept. prior to return.


HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service dept. can arrange a return authorization within fifteen days of the receipt of your product. Call us at 1-800-771-2730 or Email info@FitDir.com. The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit, or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. All used products are inspected by our service technician to ensure proper performance prior to delivery. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of used or refurbished products.


HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service dept. can arrange a return authorization within 30 days of the receipt of your product. Call us at 1-800-771-2730 or Email info@FitDir.com. The product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit, or exchange. Once product ships out to you, shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for paying all actual shipping and handling costs both ways, including insurance, which may differ from quoted promotional pricing. All used products are inspected by our service technician to ensure proper performance prior to delivery. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of used or refurbished products.


WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Most of our products are sold with an existing warranty given by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding a warranty on a particular product, please email us at info@FitDir.com or call 1-800-771-2730.

Price Promise – We always do our best to beat any competitors price on a like for like product. So, if you have seen a lower price please email info@FitDir.com and we will contact you quickly to let you know if we can beat the price. We want to earn your business, so we look forward to the opportunity.

We are offering Free Shipping on most products featured on the website this week. For those few items that do require a shipping charge, you will be notified at the beginning of the checkout process. Free Shipping promotion only applies to the Continental US.
For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, please contact our Sales team. For shipping rates outside of the United States, please email or call us toll-free at 1-800-771-2730 or 760-494-0352(from outside the US) prior to ordering to receive a free freight quote.
In some instances, expedited shipping options such as 2 and 3-Day Service will be offered for an additional charge. If your desired shipping method is not posted online, please contact our Sales team for rates and availability.
