The NOHRD SlimBeam Stainless Steel cable machines are one of the classic exercise machines. The cable machine’s most essential element is its range of motion. Extension lengths of up to 26 feet (single, at 3:1 cable ratio) guarantee maximum functional expansion.
The maximal weight of 27.5 lbs (single extension) is distributed over 15 weight plates, delivering an extremely precise and harmonious weight gradation.
**The Slim Beam should be wall or ceiling mounted to studs or can be free standing with the free standing foot accessory.
The NOHRD SlimBeam Stainless Steel is the perfect allrounder exercise machine for home fitness. We have designed a workout manual for you, featuring exercises from beginner to advanced levels, to provide you with the right training intensity.
Use the intensity indicator to choose your level of difficulty. Start off with exercises for a single muscle group and proceed to discover your body’s strength and new limits! These exercises can be found at the beginning of the SlimBeam exercise manual for the following muscle groups:

The butterfly – exercise on both sides
The SlimBeam’s biggest advantage is the butterfly, enabling you to work your body both on one or both sides. It can be swiveled and set at any height. The cables are synthetically coated and run fluidly over the ball bearing wheels, providing an optimal training effect.
Rubberized weight plates – silent effect
Standard SlimBeam models feature 14 weight plates at 5kg, plus the base weight of (further) 5kg. Each oval-shape weight plate is individually rubberized with a black matt finish, fitting perfectly into the wood body encasement.
Space-saver
Measuring 215cm high and 40cm wide, the cable machine fits perfectly into all interiors. The SlimBeam is fixed at 10cm from your wall and protrudes a mere 20cm total into the room. Its base measures less than ¼ square meter.

SlimBeam Electronic Training System
The SlimBeam can be used with the interactive SlimBeam exercise app for Android tablets. The Electronic Training System is attached to the SlimBeam´s frame on the side of the machine and includes a universal tablet holder for sizes up to 13 inch. Mainframe only, only for android, tablet not included.
