   With our bright 7.5” ClearView™ console, you will stay engaged and informed while keeping track of the metrics you care about most. A variety of preset programs, including a goal-oriented Time, Calories, and Distance Series, and convenient handlebar pulse sensors ensure you stay in your zone. Our new rocker-style speed and incline shifters are conveniently located on the handlebars for fast changes on the go. Built-in Bluetooth FTMS lets you connect to apps like Zwift and Kinomap, your Bluetooth headphones, or a wireless heart rate monitor (Bluetooth or 5KHz, sold separately). When you’re done with your workout, the XT385 packs away into a convenient folding-frame design with built-in Lift Assist and transport wheels that make moving and storage a breeze.

   While the XT185 is for people just getting started with fitness, and the XT285 is for those getting back into it, the Spirit XT385 Treadmill is meant to facilitate the transition into more elite levels of training.    It all Starts with a Stable Mount

   You can tell a lot about the quality of a product based on where the manufacturer invests their money in the product. Do they spend it on useless bells and whistles, or do they spend it on parts that actually enhance the quality and performance of the product? Spirit Fitness spend money on quality, such as cast motor mounts. Why cast? We do not believe that a stamped steel motor mount will give the motor the secure mount that is required for a high quality treadmill. If the motor shifts, then the drive belt will loosen, which will make the walking belt feel like it is slipping. Take off the motor cover and look beneath the hood, you can learn a lot about the design of a treadmill.

   Fold it Away for Extra Space

   The Spirit Fitness Folding Treadmill is easy to fold up and down for your work-out. This feature gives you a full size treadmill for working out, but then folds into a tight compact space when not in use. Simply pull the yellow handle located on the back of the treadmill frame and the unit will unfold. It’s design will allow you to let go and it will come to a soft landing on your floor with no need to bend over and guide it to the floor. To fold up, simply pick up the treadmill deck and lift. You will notice that our assisted design makes this easy and convenient.

   Keep It Cool

   One thing that will destroy a treadmill or any electronic device is heat. It is critical that the drive motor, elevation motor and electronics under a motor cover be kept cool. Our engineers have developed an airflow system that promotes air circulation around the motor and electronics to help keep them cool. Our motor covers are designed with ventilation and we use large aluminum frames on our lower electronics, which act as heat sinks to absorb excess heat. The XT185 and XT285 have vents on the front of the motor cover. Spirit XT385, XT485 and XT685 have vents on the front along with ventilation on the top of the motor covers to promote extra air-flow. All Spirit Fitness treadmills are designed to keep the treadmill cool and running for years.

   4 New Layers of Progressive Fitness

   • There are two additional power-packed user programs on top of all of those offered by the XT185 & XT285.
   • While the motor is a bit bigger, with a 3HP motor, it’s still smooth as silk, incredibly quiet, sturdy, and as reliable as any Spirit treadmill.
   • The running surface is extended, because typically people will be running a bit faster. It has an expansive 58’’ area to run your heart out or trek up incredibly steep inclines at a steady clip without worrying about tumbling off the back.
   • The XT385 sports a 1’’ phenolic deck that has variable durometer elastomer cushioning so that the increased tension and stress on the body will not necessarily translate into more negative impact on the skeletal/joint system.

   Other Exceptional Features

   The mobility and economy of space are great. This treadmill comes with a expertly engineered fold-up capability and high quality wheels. While the machine weighs in at 264 lbs, the “soft-drop” gas shock assist function makes using and storing safe and easy.
