With the StairMaster HIITMILL-X Incline Treadmill you can do hill walking with and without pushing resistance, reverse hill walking (knee extension), hill running sprints with no pushing, mid and high sled push, low flat back sled push, lateral lunges, reverse pulling (attachments sold separately), and unilateral and bilateral farmers carry. The HIITMILL-X Treadmill is engineered with a fixed 11-degree incline for great startup while the self-powered speed and strength training feature ensure tailored resistance. This great machine features an easy-to-use magnetic resistance brake with resistance control lever that allows you to experience high-intensity training program in your own pace.

Each arm on the HIITMILL-X  Treadmill can carry up to 100 pounds of plate weights. Constructed using 11-gauge steel frame, this home gym equipment also boasts corrosion-resistant powder coating in black and silver and multi-grip handlebars with water and phone holder. The StairMaster HIITMILL-X Incline Treadmill has an extra wide belt (23 inches) for effective lateral training and maximum stability of under load, accessory attachment points (straps and tubing not included), farmers carry lift arms, and 3mm thick turf belt for better grip and durability. Also, this treadmill is designed for portability with its over-sized wheels and rear carry handle.
