Proformance Plus PPF-700 Decline to Incline Multi-Bench – The Proformance Plus Decline to Incline Workout Bench by TuffStuff is the most functional multi-bench available for dumbbell and barbell workouts offered in the TuffStuff line-up. The PPF-700 does it all starting with a well thought out decline setting that includes an adjustable foot roller to keep the user from sliding out of the bench when performing decline presses. The flat bench, or “zero degree”, setting puts the lifter into position and ready for flat chest presses using a barbell or a pair of dumbbells as well as flyes and dumbbell lat rows. The TuffStuff PPF-700 Multi-Adjustable Bench offers multiple incline settings to round out the mid and upper pecs with incline press and fly training. And for targeting the front deltoids of the shoulder, set the bench to 85 degrees and rep out some “Arnold presses” with a pair of dumbbells! Perhaps one of the best things about a good multi-bench is that it can be its own stand alone strength equipment or an accessory to other strength pieces such as a Smith machine or power rack.
