This incredibly versitile system is the favorite of personal trainers, athletes and physical therapists everywhere. The all new Tuff Stuff PPMS-245 Dual Stack Functional trainer enhances strength by allowing users to perform movements that mimic activities in both sports and real life. Functional training gets the muscles of the entire body to work together while building, strength, stability and coordination.

The extension arm offers 150 degrees (15-Positions) high-to-low range of vertical adjustment, and 165 degrees (5-Positions) of horizontal adjustment and are hydraulically supported. Dual independent 300lb weight stacks allow two user to workout simultaneously. Compact design but with a wide-base frame area easily accessible for wheelchair, rehab equipment and workout benches.

TuffStuff PPMS-245 Functional Trainer is full-commercial quality, designed and manufactured in Chino, CA.  Each of the hydraulically supported extension arms offers safe and easy adjustments – 13-positions (150º) of vertical adjustments and 5-positions (165º) of horizontal adjustments.  The Proformance Plus Functional Trainer is designed for speed, functional and ballistic training, and is accessible for wheelchairs, rehab equipment, workout benches and stability balls.

The Proformance Plus Functional Trainer (PPMS-245) provides independent movement for bilateral and unilateral training with 86-inch cable travel per handle.  The ball bearing swivel pulleys increase fluidity and cable response for more effective sport specific training; allow natural wrist movement throughout the full range of motion.

Like all Proformance Plus equipment, the Functional Trainer may be customized, and is backed by a 10 year commercial warranty covering the frame, welds, cams, and weight plates. Includes two (2) 300 lbs solid steel weight stacks.  Resistance at handle is 1/4 of the weight selected; extended cable travel (96″ per handle) enables a variety of functional exercises to be performed further away from the machine.  The Proformance Plus (PPMS-245) functional trainer may also be ordered with a 1/2 cable ratio that offer less cable travel with up to 150 lbs resistance at each handle.  Made in the USA.
